AKM Side-Folding Wood Stock - Exotic Zebra

The AKM Side-Folding Wood Stock – Exotic Zebra by Nord Armory combines bold natural contrast with dependable steel-engineered performance. Designed for AKM-pattern rifles equipped with a 5.5mm side-folding trunnion, this premium stock transforms your build into a visually striking yet mechanically robust platform.

Zebrawood, sourced from West Africa, is renowned for its dramatic striping — a vivid interplay of creamy light tones and deep brown lines that give each piece a truly one-of-a-kind appearance. Beyond its unmistakable aesthetic, Zebrawood is valued for its density and strength, making it well-suited for durable rifle furniture applications.

At its core, the assembly incorporates a hardened steel 5.5mm side-folding hinge, steel butt plate, and a smooth push-button locking mechanism. Precision-machined locking and mounting components ensure secure engagement, consistent alignment, and long-term reliability under repeated use.

Designed with proper side rail clearance for optic mounts, the stock remains fully compatible with modern AKM configurations. The side-folding system enhances portability and storage convenience while maintaining structural integrity and shooting stability when deployed.

For shooters who want performance and visual distinction in equal measure, the Exotic Zebra variant delivers rare natural character backed by dependable mechanical construction — engineered to meet Nord Armory standards.
