PTR 9KT SBR SF – 9X19MM – SBR WITH FOLDING STOCK

The PTR 9KT SBR SF – 9×19mm is a compact, factory-configured short-barreled rifle engineered to deliver MP5-pattern performance in the smallest practical form factor. Sold at the point of sale as an SBR with a side-folding stock installed, the 9KT SBR SF is designed for users who prioritize reduced overall length while maintaining roller-delayed reliability.

The platform operates using PTR’s legacy roller-delayed blowback system, providing smooth recoil impulse and consistent cycling. The semi-automatic action is host-ready for use with NFA-registered auto sear packs where legally applicable. A nitride heat-treated, tungsten dead-blow weighted full-auto profile bolt carrier enhances durability and supports sustained operation.

The 6” nitride heat-treated barrel features a 1:10” right-hand twist and includes both a 3-lug interface and 1/2×28 threading, supporting suppressor compatibility and common mounting standards. A 2.55” steel Picatinny rail allows direct optic mounting, while the PTR HG1M mil-spec anodized aluminum M-LOK® handguard with integrated finger guard provides a compact yet functional accessory mounting surface.

Finished in black powder coating over Parkerizing, the rifle is built for durability in demanding environments. Weighing approximately 5.5 lbs unloaded and measuring 23” with the stock extended and 14.25” folded, the 9KT SBR SF represents the most compact stocked SBR configuration in the PTR lineup—purpose-built for confined spaces, transport efficiency, and suppressed short-barrel applications.
