PTR 9LT – 9X19MM – PISTOL

The PTR 9LT – 9×19mm Pistol is a mid-length, roller-delayed platform engineered to deliver reliable performance, suppressor compatibility, and modular accessory support. Sold as a pistol at the point of sale, the 9LT builds on PTR’s proven MP5-pattern design while offering increased barrel length and improved handling characteristics.

The platform operates using PTR’s legacy roller-delayed blowback system, providing a smooth recoil impulse and reduced bolt speed compared to traditional straight-blowback designs. A nitride heat-treated, tungsten dead-blow weighted full-auto profile bolt carrier supports durability and consistent cycling. The semi-automatic action is host-ready for use with NFA-registered auto sear packs where legally applicable.

The 12.5” nitride heat-treated barrel features a 1:10” right-hand twist and includes both a 3-lug interface and 1/2×28 threading, supporting suppressor compatibility and common mounting standards. A 4.5” steel Picatinny rail provides optic mounting capability, while the PTR HG5 mil-spec anodized aluminum M-LOK® handguard offers a rigid, modular platform for accessory attachment.

Finished in black powder coating over Parkerizing, the 9LT measures approximately 21.22” in overall length and weighs 6 lbs unloaded, offering a balance of stability and maneuverability. The pistol feeds from steel 30-round magazines and features a trigger pull set between 9–10 lbs for consistent operation. Each 9LT ships with two magazines, a rear sight adjustment tool, a single-point bungee sling, and a cable lock.
